Class 58 Locomotive Group Raffle – Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser
   The raffle is organised by the Class 58 Locomotive Group (“the Organiser”), a non-profit organisation dedicated to the preservation and operation of Class 58 locomotives.

2. Eligibility
   a. The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
   b. Members of the Organiser’s committee and anyone directly involved in the administration of the raffle are not eligible to participate.
   c. Proof of age may be required to claim a prize.

3. Entry
   a. Entry tickets are priced at £10 each, with discounts for multiple tickets.
   b. Tickets must be purchased before the closing date of 18/04/2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
   c. Tickets are non-refundable.

4. How to Enter
   a. Tickets can be purchased online through the approved channel specified by the Organiser.
   b. Participants must provide accurate contact details when purchasing tickets.

5. Prize
   b. The Prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items unless agreed by the Organiser.
   c. In the event a stated prize is unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Draw
   a. The raffle draw will take place on 21/04/2025 online, and will be recorded.
   b. Winners will be selected randomly using an randomiser using the numbers from the raffle tickets.
   c. Winners will be contacted via the details provided upon entry within 14 days of the draw.

7. Claiming Prizes
   a. Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of the draw date unless otherwise specified.
   b. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Data Protection
   a. Personal information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners.
   b. Data will be processed in accordance with GDPR.

9. Limitation of Liability
   The Organiser accepts no liability for:
   a. Lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries.
   b. Any technical errors or disruptions beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.

10. Disqualification
    The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.

11. Governing Law
    The raffle and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
    The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the raffle in exceptional circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly via either website, social media or email.
